      Pros

      Tech company with an inspiring and dynamic environment. Customer Experience Management is increasingly essential topic within a lot of industry. Medallia's culture promotes personal growth, learning and seeing challenges as an opportunity to improve. They are also great at ramping up new comers

      Cons

      No real cons yet. Maybe simply an interrogation regarding how the company will manage its growth. CEM is growing and Medallia will keep up. I hope it does not dilute its culture and internal capabilities.

      Pros

      The interview process was rigorous but fulfilling. My point of contact was extremely helpful throughout the (rather lengthy) process and kept me updated every step of the way. I was very fortunate to get the job offer and have since gone through an extremely helpful and enjoyable week of onboarding. I have been here only one week and have already spent 3+ hours of direct contact with the company co-founders, both who are extremely inspiring, intelligent and personable. Everyone in the office is very welcoming and it seems like a great place for a recent graduate such as myself to fast track my career.
