      CTO org: Competitive pay. Decent, smart people. Growth opportunities. Company's support in the past. Focus on the right things: ongoing effort to boost integration, unite tooling and frameworks, reduce quality issues. Knowledgeable exchange sessions, office hours with the CTO.

      Cons

      Lack of clarity on what is needed to be promoted. Lack of clarity on what will be happening to Medallia as a whole. Some teams are getting diluted talent due to reorg or prioritizing cheap resource and consultants over talent, yet nobody curbs the ambitions. Quite a few teams are overworked.

      Pros

      There are still a few good people left, but the vast majority have left and most that are still here would leave in a second if they had any other options

      Cons

      All benefits have been slashed to the minimum legally allowed for the United States. The company has not increased pay to account for this so now we are both underpaid and do not get good benefits. Would not recommend a job here to anyone that I don't want to inflict pain upon.
