Lack of clarity on what is needed to be promoted. Lack of clarity on what will be happening to Medallia as a whole. Some teams are getting diluted talent due to reorg or prioritizing cheap resource and consultants over talent, yet nobody curbs the ambitions. Quite a few teams are overworked.
