      I have been at Medallia for 2+ years. Prior to Medallia, I spent many years working in Fortune 500 companies. Medallia is truly a special and inspirational place. If you want to work at an amazing company, with a transformational solution that is truly changing how companies interact with their customers, this is the place. - Industry leading solution and technology - Passion and culture completely aligned to customer success and business outcomes - Adding very strong senior leadership with the right experience and skills to take Medallia to the next level - Amazing focus on employee development with strong opportunities for career advancement- both vertically and cross functionally - Medallians are the most dedicated, passionate, customer-centric people I've ever seen

      Nothing major; Medallia is a fantastic place to work. As Medallia grows and matures it is only natural for the profile of certain roles to change. While this may be a hard truth for a few individuals, I view this is a healthy and necessary step as Medallia continues its journey to become the top SaaS company in the world.

      I've been at Medallia for almost two years and look forward to many more. The people are incredible. They are some of the most intelligent people I've ever worked with and are laser focused on delivering value to our clients as well as creating a culture where you feel inspired to come into work every day.

      Cons

      Long commute for those in San Francisco. Caltrain pass helps afford the commute, but it is lengthy.

      Pros

      The people! Folks are friendly, smart and a lot of fun - I also think that as we're growing, we're hiring even brighter people and the culture interview helps weed out jerks most of the time.

      Cons

      The way it's run needs to mature fast (think it's headed in the right direction). There still seems to be a lot of gray everywhere, i.e. career trajectories, why certain people get promoted (especially in leadership), what some teams do (it feels like the teams that bear the brunt of the work / stress don't actually get recognized and compensated for taking that on), organizational structure is messy and makes everyone's life much more stressful that it needs to be.
