The way it's run needs to mature fast (think it's headed in the right direction). There still seems to be a lot of gray everywhere, i.e. career trajectories, why certain people get promoted (especially in leadership), what some teams do (it feels like the teams that bear the brunt of the work / stress don't actually get recognized and compensated for taking that on), organizational structure is messy and makes everyone's life much more stressful that it needs to be.
