      Pros

      The company has a mission I believe in. Unique product that can do amazing things. Happy customers that are getting great value. Strong revenue growth and financials.

      Cons

      Inexperienced managers in many teams. Many are smart people but not experienced people managers, so expect to do your own prioritization. Many roles are high-pressure with demanding clients and tight timelines.

      Pros

      The company vision and purpose is fantastic. I get to support great and grateful customers. Smart and fun teammates. Work is varied. I get to to lead people and do technical work.

      Cons

      Company is much bigger now than when I started. Harder to be entrepreneurial yet processes are not yet great. Its harder to get things done. Most managers and leaders are very new. Quality can be variable so people can get lost.
