      Great people (except management) Work life balance

      Cons

      No direction for the company - the competition is better. Long interview process (over a month), and then they lay you off with no warning bc of their own growth struggles. The idea of company culture and the fake attitude from management that they care is unbearable.

      Pros

      The culture is unique - they promote a “growth mindset”. Onboarding is fantastic. The place, to a certain extent, still feels like a family. The team environment is very special even when the hours get long.

      Cons

      There are times when working with customers every day can be a bit repetitive, but I love my team. Transparency between departments can be improved.

      Unique culture, innovative teams, strong product. Plus a great office with pool tables, open seating, fun company meetings, and healthy snacks!

      Cons

      Going through some growing pains at the moment, it's hard to manage the pace, strategy, and direction of the company.
