      Pros

      Was good until it was taken over by the private equity group. Benefits and compensation are good.

      Cons

      No vision. No ethics. No loyalty. Will offshore all jobs to India.

      Not sure about what the pros are any more but back in 2020 used to be a good place to work with amazing people which majority left

      Cons

      Managers feel like robots and there are 0 culture or motivation within teams to encourage folks to be a part of the team - they don't care about anything but the business and they're not even trying to pretend otherwise They also under paid me for the first 3-4 years of my 5 years journey with them. When I realized that, they said it only could be fixed little by little so it took forever just meet the salary range given I started as an intern
