Cons

C-suite has been changing a lot recently and as result there are shifiting priorities. Heavy workload at times. KPI's are sometimes out of the hands of the employee to meet.

Poor HR Leadership

Pros

Benefits such as Unlimited PTO, 401k, Paid Holidays and Wellness days.

Cons

Employees in the people organization have to tip toe around current HR leadership. This is largely why a lot of talented individuals followed the former CHRO. Leadership is so robotic in communication that it’s actually uncomfortable. Will take credit for all work without even mentioning praise for employees within people org unless they are in the circle. The new CEO needs to shake up HR leadership whom is not fit for their role. Compensation is also lagging as there has not been a salary structure review in over 2 years, huge red flag that leadership has thrown under the rug too.

It's All about Business

Pros

WFH, Work-life balance, flexible working hrs, mental health day offs

Cons

1. Management doesn't care about you anymore, it's all about their business now. Doesn't matter how long have you been here or what you bring to the table, it's all about business & hitting targets and submitting timesheets on a Friday and significant cost cutting. 2. Core Executive board changing frequently, leading to frequent lay off cycles. 3. Hikes are a joke. 4. Promotion cycle is a joke too, they have almost no new opportunities leading to almost no growth in 3-4 yrs time. 5. More accounts churning and less sales leading to less opportunities and less hike, even the bonus is target driven now. 6. Managers do not care if you grow or not. They make sure they're growing and moving forward even if they're responsible for uplifting their teams and their growth, the whole work-culture is pretty much ruined since the acquisition. The managers that really believed in uplifting their teams have left, all amazing folks have left, unfortunately. As I said, it's all about the business now. If they keep losing the talents that's left, I'm not sure where they're gonna end.
