      * Good benefits before PE acquisition * Good DEI program before PE acquisition

      Cons

      * No directions. * Workflow was broken down so much which no one knows the big picture is. * No one really what the company does. * P/E management turnover causing many departments/fuctions without any apparent reasons. * Bureaucracy is bad already, but people who try to exploit the system are even worse.

      Pros

      - Work-life balance including initiatives aimed at reducing burnout / stress like quarterly mental health day, remote option etc. - Perhaps competitive compensation & benefits.

      Cons

      There are so many but biggest one is: Since PE ownership, executive leadership is ever revolving with 4 CEOs already in 3 years trying to steer ship in multiple directions. - Multiple rounds of layoffs - Lack of transparency. Nobody knows what is going on everything is hush hush

      Pros

      Immense Flexibility and great work/life balance. Competitive salaries and generally great individuals to work with.

      Cons

      Many acquisitions over the years with a revolving door of leadership has resulted in a fragmented business where only the core/original offering gets major focus and funding. Most recent leadership team is still getting up to speed so more change is imminent. The technology offerings are each powerful and unique while still being related enough to position a much larger value story. The problem is there is no engineering effort focused on cross app integration so realizing the combined value of all the acquisitions requires significant PS work.
