Projects are interesting, we keep up with technolgy updates. Also the people I work with are active and motivated.

Cons

There was signifficant turn over in the last 2-3 years which invevitably caused knowledge to be lost and quality of work to decrease.

The company's values, inclusion, benefits, working hours and the friendliness of the people I worked with.

Cons

I did not receive much guidance from my mentor to be able to carry out the project that I had been assigned. The process as an intern was very self-taught.
