      The company's values, inclusion, benefits, working hours and the friendliness of the people I worked with.

      Cons

      I did not receive much guidance from my mentor to be able to carry out the project that I had been assigned. The process as an intern was very self-taught.

      Flexible time off, inclusive culture, autonomy in role, great pay and benefits

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth on a small consulting team. Time sheet process was atrocious but perhaps it’s improved since I left.
