      1.Work-life balance (while in design-office) 2.Learning opportunities & resources 3.Starting pay (stabilizes later) 4.Inter-organizational netwroks

      1.Lack of performance based rewards (choice of location etc not just pay) 2.Allocation of work- the more you work the more you get ( especially at site)- with no additional benefit (of course learning opportunities)
