The employees has very less work pressure. Even if the employee does not work he will eventually raise to the post of atleast Assistant General Manager.

Cons

The employees are posted way from their home. This causes unrest among the employees. The growth is mostly based on experience. Hence performers are hardly rewarded. The internal office politics might hinder the growth.

Senior persons are highly knowledgeable and experienced. it is a good place for freshers as you can learn a lot , if interested. Salary is good compared to private companies. better work culture compared to govt. sector

Cons

low work ethics. too much office politics. promotion is fixed for all not based on performance.
