      This is possibly the best design work you can get as a structural engineer in India. Good for other core engineering as well.

      Cons

      Public Sector Work culture can be seen, although a lot depend upon your boss.

      Salary was ok.Decent environment.Good medical benefits

      Cons

      Retired employees are not given reasonable medical benefits/ medical alowance..Paid a megre sum of Rs.2400 per year as medical allowance.Pension is EPF pension App.Rs600-1000rs.Retired people suffer due to this.
