      Not Best, Still Better than many PSUs.

      Super work life balance at Design offices particularly. Ample opportunities to learn. Decent pay structure. Good career growth prospects. Seniors are very much approachable.

      Cons

      Dependence on projects availability in open market. Sone project sites are not established from family point of view. Non standardisation of rules and regulations. High proportion of incompetent senior management
