Employees here are NOT UTILIZED but only USED, your talent will rarely be acknowledged here. This organization is full of gold medalists of different colleges, be it IIT, NIT or other engineer college. But non of them stay here for more than 3 years. This way you can judge the working and way of treating the employees. In terms of salary you will get good amount bug money is not everything that matters.

Cons

1. Politics is rampant. 2. Plenty of selfish employees. 3. Some give no respect to your knowledge.
