Pros

Core hours between 10-3, wfh 2 days a week after 1 year.

Cons

Promotions and raises tend to go to friend or family of the McDonalds, and men definitely have a leg up in the company. Pay is not competitive and raises are few and far between and average $0.98/hr.

Pros

None, the insurance is expensive, the pay is lower than any other group in the area and they are deceitful

Cons

The pay -currently extremely lower than local standard -they keep you salary to avoid paying overtime but you will log close to 10+ hours of overtime each week -no commission -will be reprimanded for talking about wages (which is illegal AUDI) The management -if you are submissive like upper management and like to worship your boss then youll do fine like the current upper management - the managers for the most part will never make a sacrifice to help you -When faced with a racist coworker we were advised to just not speak spanish -have witnessed a parts manager tell an employee “it isnt my fault you decided to have kids” when asked if he could stay an extra 30 minutes to cover -fixed ops director will never learn your name or care about you and will fire you to hire a friends family member - they only promote from the outside -the parts director at Audi and other stores will lie to you to in order for you to accept the position -they hire people who have assaulted other employees before -they will transfer you with no warning or input -no training whatsoever, on the first day you are thrown to the wolves They currently uptick all prices on all parts and services for no other reason than more money

Pros

Co - workers are genuine people here.

Cons

There's a almost concerning amount of promises for growth and earnings potential upon hiring after some reflection. That should've been a red flag to stay away or to get ready to be happy stagnating in place. Management is all about numbers. If it's about your personal bank account numbers they don't care. High cost benefits and zero increases in wage, no motivation to work harder when they hire someone new with a fraction of the output at the same rate current experienced employees are at. Constantly saying we break records with our output numbers but zero benefit from the work load increase other than stress. (Maybe this is also inflated and they fail to explain this before they brag). There is lot of Management devaluing individuals. Anything more you bring to the table they nitpick with other little non importance, making it harder to return to the table with the proper motivation and feeling that the company is there for you. Any concerns you raise with hr are dealt with in a slow manner allowing antagonistic management to continue on uninterrupted. Now all of that is unless you are in a desirable position in the company. Service based positions are definitely lesser favored by upper management over sales. Not a big deal, but it's pretty blatant at this establishment.
