There's a almost concerning amount of promises for growth and earnings potential upon hiring after some reflection. That should've been a red flag to stay away or to get ready to be happy stagnating in place. Management is all about numbers. If it's about your personal bank account numbers they don't care. High cost benefits and zero increases in wage, no motivation to work harder when they hire someone new with a fraction of the output at the same rate current experienced employees are at. Constantly saying we break records with our output numbers but zero benefit from the work load increase other than stress. (Maybe this is also inflated and they fail to explain this before they brag). There is lot of Management devaluing individuals. Anything more you bring to the table they nitpick with other little non importance, making it harder to return to the table with the proper motivation and feeling that the company is there for you. Any concerns you raise with hr are dealt with in a slow manner allowing antagonistic management to continue on uninterrupted. Now all of that is unless you are in a desirable position in the company. Service based positions are definitely lesser favored by upper management over sales. Not a big deal, but it's pretty blatant at this establishment.
