Nothing is a pro at this company

Everything is a con pay is VERY low compared to the other dealerships I have worked for they will constantly be screaming at employees in front of customers and co workers . In about three mlto four months around 30 employees were fired or quit mainly for things outside of their control with no write up at all warning them. The neighbor of a manager came in threw a temper tantrum over something that was out of the employees control so they fired him. Terrible work environment I have never seen such a high turn over rate due to such poor mangement one manager above mine told him that he shouldn't have to help us that we should be able to do everything ... What's the point of a manager if they don't help. Management often takes two breaks each for an hour one for the gym and one to eat. Than usually left extremely early and was rarely around to provide help and or wouldn't give help. Management often times would even refuse to deal with customers who had asked to see them. Which is their job if a customer asks for a manager your manager should handle it from there. Period. Most employees fear for their job here every single day after how the employees have been treated

Good people and friendly environment

I lost my job due to the pandemic in March of 2020, along with 50% of the staff. I kept in constant communication hoping as soon as things got better we'd be able to return to our jobs. I was notified months later, when sales began to return to normal, that they'd be starting the hiring process back up; except, employees that were laid off would receive no "special" treatment and would have to apply like anyone else. I was told I could lose out to someone more qualified. While it's true that I had only been there for six months, my three month review was excellent. And while I understand they were doing what they considered to be the best for the company, it was still a very shady and unfair thing to do. This was my job. I earned this job and did well at this job and lost it due to no fault of my own.
