      McCain is a clean, safe work environment with decent pay

      Cons

      management has lost touch with the employees on the floor, "lost the team" talk about family but its all about numbers, talk about quality but its all about the numbers, Middle management in meetings all day, No leadership at nights or weekends with the newest and least experienced employees, lack of training for production, they are hiring anyone who will take the job which does not create the best work environment.

      decent management and leadership. decent people. pay is fair.

      Cons

      used to appreciate the hybrid work arrangement and flexibility but now there is a 3-day in office mandate starting Jan 2025. don't get xmas eve off. processes are missing or clunky in some instances, so you have to depend on relationships to get things done
