management has lost touch with the employees on the floor, "lost the team" talk about family but its all about numbers, talk about quality but its all about the numbers, Middle management in meetings all day, No leadership at nights or weekends with the newest and least experienced employees, lack of training for production, they are hiring anyone who will take the job which does not create the best work environment.
