      Pros

      Non management employees are highly capable. People are usually friendly.

      Cons

      They say diversity is valued, it isn't. Don't think outside the box, you won't be rewarded. Training and development is poor, and so is the chance to progress your career. Old fashioned ways of working and senior management and staff who resist change.

      Pros

      Co-workers are mostly great, overall.

      Cons

      The employees have been working from home full-time since Covid. We’ve discovered the many benefits of full-time WFH, including the fact that we are infinitely more productive from home because we are not distracted by the myriad office goings-on, especially with the new “open concept” design where everybody works in one huge room. It’s impossible to have a phone conversation. Working from home full-time also allows for a much better work-life balance. I’m sure many people will leave the company soon because they insist upon forcing us back to the office with no valid reasoning.
