      HR Leaders are by Far the Worst I have ever worked for... specifically in CAN

      Senior HR leadership at corporate level is TERRIBLE! and completely lacks the knowledge of how to run a global HR organization! Company has taken a turn for the worse in last two years. Many unhappy employees leaving the company and have had nothing good to say about what is going on within the HR department. HR is often referred to as a "Circus Act"

      Pros

      Nice people, good travel, good hours.

      Cons

      They don't value their own people. They will always hire from the outside instead of promoting high performers internally. No opportunities to grow and get promoted as company has plateaued and there is no integrated HR strategy (despite all the money spent on HR consultants and staff). Low pay and bonuses.

      Sr leadership is all over the place...lack strategy. Senior HR leadership at corporate level is incompetent at best. Lack of systems and processes. Company as a whole has taken a turn for the worse in last two years and now has gone into major cost cutting.
