Senior HR leadership at corporate level is TERRIBLE! and completely lacks the knowledge of how to run a global HR organization! Company has taken a turn for the worse in last two years. Many unhappy employees leaving the company and have had nothing good to say about what is going on within the HR department. HR is often referred to as a "Circus Act"
