      Good opportunity for young engineers. Lots of travel if you want it. Good place to get your feet wet. Clean manufacturing facilities and food that you can be proud of.

      Cons

      Low pay. Remote locations. Really can't say too much bad about the company.

      Pros

      McCain is in a position to be a very profitable company and has a bright future with the right leadership. McCain is willing and able to compensate people for what they are worth.

      Cons

      The organization as a whole sits and waits on direction from corporate on even very simple things. The culture is very political and requires that you kiss the right ring in order to advance. If you are a person that enjoys making data driven decisions this isn't the place for you.
