      Pros

      You will learn a lot in terms of systems & process, managing cold chain operations as its a different industry (frozen) and also its products are so wonderful that I remember the line of lays ' No one can eat just one'

      Not with long term vision and not very clear in terms of policies

      Overall it is a great company to work for. Competitive pay, great benefits, and plenty of room for upwards advancement.

      Pros

      Very competitive pay. Great benefits package. Work/Life balance is one of the best out there. Very large company with decades of proven reliability; no worries of downsizing or buy-outs.

      Cons

      Indecisive leadership. Do more with less type of mentality. No legitimate focus on employee recognition (although it's all over the company website). Departing further and further from original traditions and beliefs of McCain brothers.

      Pros

      The people who work for McCain are honest, fun loving, hard working, helpful, and extremely kind hearted. They are finally investing the money required to standardize business processes with the global implementation of SAP. Huge growth in India and China will provide much needed growth / profits.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is unwilling or unable to deal with incompetence. High performers are not recognized because managers are looking out for themselves, not their employees. Too many outside hires / no internal upward movement beyond manager level unless you kiss ass.
