      Bunch of good people to work with (subordinates and not manager 😉 )

      Cons

      Very bad HR policies. HR of McCain doesn't bother to liaten to people who are facing isauea. They neither will reply ro your emails nor will sort out the problems. There is no point of telling your problems to higher level because they will never provide you the solution. Very bad culture with bad managers.
