      Salary, Benefits, etc. are typical for market; Individual's in roles for a long time and lot's of expertise. Folks are trying doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Folks in roles/ McCain for many years. Leadership/ employee's hesitant to trust new employee's unless you have 10+ yrs of McCain experience. Direction/ strategy shifts with the wind; COVID has only made this worse. Poor communication.
