The attorneys overall were great! Demanding, but easy going and professional. You feel rewarded working with them. They treated support staff very well, very professionally!

Cons

the management, especially in Business Intake was terrible! Rate the manager as a D+ at best.

Very smart lawyers and receptive partnership. There's a "no-jerk" rule that's heavily enforced. Fair comp. and lots of opportunities for professional growth. The firm is fiscally conservative (spending on risky laterals is rare, which is very good). Great place to work.

Cons

Long hours and no cafeteria in New York.
