      Pros

      I truly loved working at Mayer Brown, feeling both challenged in my role and supported by my team and upper management. This is a very wonderful place to advance your career (although promotions are based on roles opening/being vacated) and work with supportive, kind and smart colleagues and lawyers. HR consistently reviews how the firm compensates based on the market and thus compensates generously. The bonus scheme is also generous, particularly for a law firm! I loved my experience at Mayer Brown and highly recommend working for the firm.

      Cons

      As in any law firm, there will be a high volume of work, but I believe this kept projects interesting!
