Pros

The marketing team is organized very efficiently, and communication across departments is professional and effective. Transition to remote work has been seamless.

Cons

Hours can be long. Department gatherings outside the office are few and far between, and employees could benefit from more frequent social interactions.

Big law; established; good working environment (quiet; all supporting staff etc.)

Cons

rigid structure; can't learn from outside of your group; Partner is responsible for his own business largely which could be a bad thing; almost no WFH during covid
