Great location, services provided by departments are excellent, great client service

Cons

Low morale, few salary increases, no incentives to do better - the rewards system looks good but is rarely ever awarded.

Pros

Many good employees. Learn new technologies. Fast paced environment.

Cons

Benefits are TERRIBLE. Over $1000/month for employer contribution on their lower health care plan. Director's have also tried to stretch their workers beyond their limits causing issues due to rushing things. Encouraged to put in 60+ hours a week of work.

Pros

Salary was above average. There was a lot of internal staff that were smart and that I got along well with.

Cons

Medical insurance premiums were outrageously expensive. Support staff barely registers to any of the attorneys until something goes wrong.
