Too many managers placed in roles they aren't suited for e.g. people with no technical understanding placed in roles requiring a high level of technical comprehension Wants to be a tech company, but is struggling to get past 80's technology Very poor progression avenues in technical career path Very easy for skills to deteriorate due to lack of use. Run your own lab to retain skills if in a technical role

1. Lots of politics, 2.Internal job posting (IJP) is just for showcasing even after you get selected for other location they will not relocate you their by saying budget constrain and because of that they are using good resources. 3. Maturity level of old people are very low they take feedback personally.. that was very funny experience for me.. Grow up guys 4. People spread rumor (some times it feels like you are watching daily soap on TV)

Mastercard Pune started off with a good note but is full of mediocre people. One work of caution - Do not accept an offer if you have to work with ANYone from Vadodara. 100% of employees from Vadodara are extremely arrogant, rude and averse to any form of team culture, its impossible to work with these folks! Also be sure about whom you would be reporting to, as Mastercard Pune is infamous for a skewed reporting hierarchy where you might end up reporting to anyone who might be even lesser experienced than you. HR is only visible during festivals and cultural events, at other times, they are simply invisible and not found around. Too much politics and favoritism has totally spoilt this company.
