Pros
Some good people who showed a lot of dedication. Good Team building events. Some opportunity to learn some new skills. Take these and move on - the world is better outside.
Cons
Poor work/life balance. Too many distractions in the office (pet friendly). Poor reward scheme (e.g. none). Senior Management / Leadership team thinking of themselves, untrusting and unprofessional - with the resulting poor reviews that are consistent.
