By prioritizing teamwork, our manager established a work culture founded on trust and mutual respect, resulting in better communication and increased productivity among team members.
Cons
Necessities such as training, tools, and even safety equipment were often ignored or overlooked by management. This left the employees feeling unsupported and disrespected. Overall, the neglect, nepotism, and nerve-wracking work environment that the CEO and management team created was a blatant violation of basic human decency.
