I had great colleagues at Matchbox that have collectively innovated a lot in the research space. Good roster of clients and opportunities to work on interesting projects

Cons

The broader Maru Group strategy is very unclear and I left because I was not very confident in the company's ability to differentiate and grow.

Competitive benefits, flexible work schedules in some teams, good culture

Cons

Lack of direction from management, seems like a constant shift in vision and ongoing restructuring impedes growth. Marketing is still in infant stages after a year, and there's a lot of politics to contend with. Salary feels low, especially when there are people consistently working late while others leave early
