The Benefits are excellent, for full timers and management, the flexibility with hours is a plus, most of co workers are friendly and been in the company for a long time wich make you feel them part of your family too. Multiple locations give you the opportunity to relocate. It is great for someone who wants to work no more than 20 hrs a week, part time, sophomore collegue students or housewife looking for an extra income to round up a budget.

Cons

the amount of payroll given to the stores it is never enough to keep the business running the way the company ask for. The employees needs to multitask to cover for positions not filled. This is the main reason the customer service dont exist. Constant brain wash about push every customer to open an account, smile, greet everyone, and run all over the store, all for a little paycheck. No opportunities to advance, management needs to put up with all the BS coming from main office, that does not match the reality. Employees at store level get an average of .30 cents pay rate increse per year, wich is modern slavery and a shame in a multi billion dollar like these, where the C.E.O gets millions a years in just bonuses. What a difference.
