Over worked and under appreciated...

Pros

Stores are located everywhere, so it's great if you need to relocate. Once you are employed full-time for 2 years you get 3 weeks vacation!

Cons

Senior management has lack of knowledge and training. Long lasting employees with this company but majority have never worked for any other company. So, they are not willing to listen to new suggestions to improve company standards. Seems to have serious disconnect between stores, DM, and Corporate leaders. The hours you will end up working does not leave any time for family or a personal life. Expect to work about 55hrs a week an during holiday season 65! At the end of the day...it doesn't pay!

Pros

The product is good and associates are offered a 10-20% discount off all merchandise. There is opportunity to grow in the company if you are good at what you do.

Cons

The customers are awful, and the company constantly cuts hours while increasing their expectations. I've worked in three different Marshalls, and the morale is always low.
