Pros

Good job for teenagers to get the experience and then decide to go to college.

Cons

Favoritism,Favoritism . Never enough employees scheduled, especially last week (Xmas),our budget is always low, supposedly.Ridiculous low pay for all the work they want you to do,merchandise, customer check out, hanging clothes,recovery,etc,etc.... Very LOW employee discount,no paid time off for PT workers, have to watch for hours worked ,have to make sure the time sheet is correct.

Pros

Customers make you happy. You get 30 minute lunch and a 15 minute break depending on how many hours you work in one shift.

Cons

You are required to sign up customers for a credit card and also in order to keep your job you are required to have at least 1 credit card signer per 100 transactions.

Pros

under new managment...they are willing to work right along side you when needed. gives you extra hours if its in the budget...enjoy working with them. friendly co workers, most are easy to get along with.

Cons

over worked and under paid... vacation is based on 30 hours average a week when it used to be based on your average hours worked...say you averaged 27 hours a week for that year then you got paid for 27 hours vac.....was screwed out of my last vac (after i went on 1 of my 2 vac weeks and had no paycheck for that week!)....because the policies changed and i had only averaged 29.something hours and was never told of the change before hand... always expected to get all merchandise put out after every truck even if the shelves are over packed and no where to put anything.. not enough cashiers for any given shift...floor people always being called from thier areas and work to help cashier or do layaway and then we all get fussed at because the store has poor recovery.
