When the payroll is good and you have a good operations manager and a good management team, it's great.

Cons

You'd think holidays are awful but really it's year round. After COVID they started working with skeleton crews. You'll get max capacity pallets shipped DAILY and only a handful of payroll to get all that merchandise off the pallets and flowed out. It's really overwhelming and disheartening especially with the awful management teams that this location keeps getting. Mainly the issue being the store manager.
