Economy proves hard to currently advance

Management is very mediocre. Most managers seemed to have no knowledge of the hourly positions they were managing. They would rather have you do the hard work while they chatted all day on the phone about personal business. Favoritism is a very strong suit here. No matter how hard you worked they always tried to push you to run that extra mile, or 5, while your lazy co-workers seemed to have less to do and greater pay on a seniority basis. The accounting staff has seemingly no knowledge of overtime pay laws. Bonuses from management were continuously promised with no return. You could always expect to do some of the managers dirty work without appreciation. No organization as far as supplies go. Possible promotion opportunities involved taking over half of the managers paperwork with a $0.25 pay raise. The benefits are terrible! You pay on average $360.00 a month for yourself and your dependants. If you have a spouse then forget about it unless you can afford another $50.00 a week to spend.
