Pros

MVCI is a great place to work if you can ride out the tough times. Timeshare is not a booming industry anymore and the vast majority of the remaining staff are A players. Of all the timeshare companies on the planet - MVCI is by far the most ethical, professional, and provides best work/life balance.

Cons

Executive management doesn't appear to ever turnover and the company stagnates in several key areas. But, this is probably true at most organizations.

Pros

This place is full of fun and excitement, especially if you're on a good team with a great ASM. You can make good decent money as well once you're better at selling the promotional packages. The hours are perfect for those looking for a 2nd income job to complement their full time job. Not to mention, a great job for those who only want to work part-time but receive full-time pay.

Cons

A few downside to the call center is that it isn't on an automated dialer giving one more calls with visible guest information. Secondly, the promotional package is a little pricey with very few perks. Third, YOU WILL FAIL if you don't have a good ASM backing you up and giving you help when needed. Last but certainly not least, no spiffs as a motivation.

Pros

The benefits are solid, with an excellent vacation package and several holidays given off. Overall, the company does value its associates for the most part.

Cons

While there are some very talented associates at the company, there are some who have been promoted into positions for which they are not really qualified. With the economic downturn and lay-offs, office politics has gotten a tad nasty.
