Hotel Discounts are great and the benefits are good.

Cons

Senior management is a joke. They talk about how important the employees are but their actions tell a different story.

Rewarding place to work Getting happy people on vacation is great

Cons

With the split between Hotel and Timeshare, I believe they are having growing pains. I think management needs to think more about employee. Also I think they shouldn't allow the managers to take on two teams not enough one on one.
