Flexible attendance policy. Personal "Familiarization Trips", plan vacations.

Cons

Unaccounted time policy creates a somewhat hostile work environment. You can get 'written up' for some pretty petty things. Sometimes it seems a little ridiculous the way clients treat their vacations as live or death scenarios.
