Business Outlook
Pros
A classy company that took care of its people well during its heyday in the vacation ownership business. The Marriott name brought respect to an industry that has seen its share of shady hucksters. It was great to work alongside intelligent, competent, and mature individuals.
Cons
The California management team was particularly young and had to be convinced by performance that an older worker could sell with the best. The main con was the economy which did in the entire outreach sales team.
