Pros

Work environment has become toxic whereby line rotations have been manipulated to give certain 'favorites' the best tours, the rest tours you couldn't sell a dead body to, thus forcing them out. Personnel are told to lie cheat and steal to sell a tour with little regard for ethical standards, honesty and integrity. If you don't give a darn about ethical behavior, MVWC is looking for you...

Cons

See the pros, as there is nothing Pro about it. It has become an harbinger of the ethical standards of our current political climate. Everyone lies with no consideration, or compassion for those you are selling this product to... As long as you make your sales quota, you're in - if you're ethical, and honest, you will starve in this current sales climate...

Pros

Free drinks. Decent pay for Orlando. Breakfast every other Tuesday. Hotel discounts. First day of training was really inviting and almost did a good job at fooling me.

Cons

Too many emotions in one place. Trainers and management ask for feedback on how training is going and then take EVERYTHING personal. The trainers get mad and go tell management. Then the director comes in to try to intimidate everyone. However, she is not intimidating in the least. They are all a bunch of phony, two faced, pretend to like you but talk nasty behind your back like we are in high school. You self teach yourself in training. Sit at a computer for 8 hours reading modules, completely an outdated workbook and taking tests. If you ask for extra help, it will be a problem and held against you. After a month of training (training is 6-8 weeks) NOBODY knew anything or felt comfortable taking calls. The back up trainers ALL talked badly about the lead trainer (Kevin) and doubted his ability to train effectively. But then they would go back and tell him things to make him believe the class felt that way. This place is a JOKE. Don't let the $13.50 excite you. Believe me, it's not worth it. I found a higher paying job and quit the Marriott Drama Club.

Pros

Great travel discounts and nice office. Great fitness center. Free soda.

Cons

The culture is toxic and if you escalate to leadership, there is no accountability. Long time employees promote and protect their friends. Limited career opportunities. Poor communication from leaders. Lack of innovation and archaic business practices and technology.
