Nice colleagues, excellent vacation and good work-life balance.

Cons

You will regularly be referred to as a "resource" by your manager. They take no interest in developing employees (not surprising considering that everything is being outsourced). Boring projects on old technology. No transparency or direction regarding assignment to projects.

Low pay, incompetent management and colleagues. Nightmare metrics since they now switched to sales force system No policies or rules. Deceptive practices. High turnover rates. I tolerated this nonsense for 6 years and I am gone as soon as I get a better position If you want to work with a call center in cubicle setting your sharing with everyone else. Disgusting and dirty people.
