various schedule options, pay, benefits, easy work

Cons

Management consists of people that have never managed before and have no idea how to talk to people. The company is way over staffed, primarily compiled by people that do very little, plus a few that do far too much. Third shift consists of people sleeping and watching movies. As a professional adult, working here was laughable. The majority of my time was spent playing video games and taking walks.

Management is extremely poor. Training is nonexistent as I was hired given a laptop then instructed by my line manager to quote "do your job". Employees are nothing but a number at this company. You are easily replaced and forgotten.

There are some great people at this company. It is for them I write this poor review in the hopes management sees the struggle most employees go though at this company.

Cons

Marken is no longer recognizable as the 'small and agile' company it used to be. 'We will make it happen' is the motto to clients but the internal motto is 'we are on this sinking ship together'.
