Pay is decent but well behind industry averages.

Cons

Had to leave this company as I no longer trust in what was sold to clients. Marken portrays itself as a cutting edge company when in reality everything behind the scenes is pure chaos. Management is extremely toxic especially on the sales leadership side. Do not join this company if you value your own time and life as you will not have any once you start working for Marken. Also there are major issues in paying commission to salespeople. Marken has no way to accurately track this and pay salespeople correctly.

As an operations professional having joined Marken recently, I was appalled how the company is being run. Very very poor management at the top. Employees do not care about the packages they ship which happens with a normal courier but should not happen in the medical/pharma courier world. The packages we move save lives and people at Marken do not care about this. It's all about the $$$$$ for them. If I were a client I would fire Marken.

Where to start? You will not be given any time to yourself at this company. You are a replaceable number unless you are one of the senior managers who are friends with top management. YOU WILL BE WORKED UNTIL YOU ARE SICK (mentally and physically), then reprimanded and fired because you were sick. Senior managers regularly put down their direct reports and throw them under the buss at the first chance to save themselves. There is no teamwork at Marken.
