Remote working. Paid on time.

Cons

No career progression or upward mobility. Managers do not train new employees or support career development. Top managers below the president of the company have no clue how disorganized and chaotic the company truly is. The picture that is portrayed is of a growing company with minor issues meanwhile the truth is that everything is failing. Customers are starting to notice. Quality is abysmal - Marken has less than 50 people in quality WORLDWIDE and wonder why so many shipments have issues. I would not trust this company with my Amazon package let alone a life saving shipment.

Bottom line do not work here unless it is your LAST OPTION. Employees are not promoted, supported, nor listened to. The executive committee (EC) are a group of about 20 individuals who are completely out of touch with what actually takes place at the company. These individuals regularly yell at employees and make decisions that negatively impact everyone around them. Overall not a great work environment. During my time at Marken I often wondered if the president of the company even knew that she was being mislead by her team. Probably not. Do you want to understand what it is like to work at Marken? DO not waste your time going into this company, you will have no life, and you will get yourself ill. I got high blood pressure due to the craziness in this place. They do NOT care about patients or clients, it's all about the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$
